Cancellation Policy
Yuri Organizer – Online Programs Thank you for enrolling in one of our expert-guided online organizing courses! Below you’ll find the policies that apply to all of our 1:1 organizing programs to help ensure a smooth, supportive, and respectful experience for everyone. Format All courses are delivered online and include one-on-one weekly video calls. You’ll meet directly with a Yuri Organizer expert once per week, based on the number of weeks included in your course. Each course also includes: Personalized guidance Weekly assignments Resources tailored to your space and goals Payment Policy All courses are offered with a one-time payment. Payment is required in full before the first session begins. No refunds are offered once the first session has been completed. 🗓 Scheduling Policy All calls are scheduled weekly at a consistent time unless otherwise agreed. You will receive a scheduling link or will be contacted directly to set up your sessions after purchase. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled. Rescheduling & Expiration Each course must be completed within 2 weeks of the original course length. For example, a 4-week course must be completed within 6 weeks of your start date. We understand life happens! We allow 1 grace reschedule per course without penalty if needed.
